1. Object
The purpose of these General Conditions of Use (CGU) is to define the terms of provision and use of the IZInovation site (hereinafter “the Site”).

3. Acceptance of the T&Cs
Access and use of the Site are subject to acceptance of and compliance with these T&Cs. By accessing or using the Site, the user (hereinafter “the User”) accepts these General Terms and Conditions without reservation.
4. Access to the Site
The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with internet access. All costs relating to access to the Site, whether hardware, software or internet access costs, are exclusively the responsibility of the User.
5. Content of the Site
The purpose of the Site is to present the services offered by IZInovation. IZInovation strives to provide information that is as accurate as possible. However, IZInovation cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the update, whether due to itself or to third party partners who provide this information.
6. Intellectual property
All content present on the Site, including, without limitation, graphics, images, texts, videos, animations, sounds, logos, gifs and icons as well as their formatting are the exclusive property of IZInovation, with the exception brands, logos or content belonging to other partner companies or authors.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, retransmission or publication, even partial, of these various elements is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of IZInovation.
7. Personal data
IZInovation may collect personal data concerning the User via the contact or newsletter subscription form. This data is intended for internal use and will under no circumstances be transferred to third parties.
In accordance with the “Informatique et Libertés” law, the User has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him by contacting IZInovation via our contact form.
8. Cookies
The Site uses cookies to improve the user experience. By browsing the Site, the User accepts the use of cookies. The User can, however, configure his browser to refuse cookies. See our cookies policy.
9. Limitation of liability

11. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable resolution, it will be brought before the competent courts of Lyon.
